  OPERATIONAL PHASE 1.0: MUTUAL ACCEPTANCE & DIGITAL INTEGRITY

This document represents a legally binding agreement between Blue Print, LLC 
("Company", "we", "us", "our") and the individual or enterprise accessing our 
services ("User", "you", "your"). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our 
platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound 
by these Terms of Service.

    within this manual, your access authorization is revoked immediately. You must 
    disconnect and cease using our services.

  OPERATIONAL PHASE 2.0: ELIGIBILITY & USER REGISTRATION

2.1 AGE REQUIREMENT
By initiating transactions on this platform, you warrant that you are at least 18 
years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the 
lawful capacity to enter into binding commercial contracts.

2.2 USER CREDENTIALS
If you establish a digital account on our platform, you assume full responsibility 
for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password). 
All activities occurring under your registered profile shall be attributed to you 
and are your sole legal responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately at 
info@adechobd.com of any security breach or unauthorized usage.

  OPERATIONAL PHASE 3.0: COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS & BILLING POLICIES

3.1 PRICE AND DESIGNATIONS
All pricing configurations displayed on our site are denominated in USD. We 
reserve the right to modify prices, discount schemes, and product inventories 
at any time without prior administrative notification.

3.2 BILLING SECURITY
You agree to supply current, complete, and accurate billing and purchase info 
for all transactions. We reserve the immediate right to refuse or cancel any order 
for reasons including but not limited to:
  - Suspicion of fraudulent payment profiles or credit card abnormalities.
  - Inaccuracies or logistical errors in pricing or inventory databases.
  - Geographic delivery locations situated outside of our designated domestic shipping 
    boundaries (non-US coordinates).

    cancellation, we will attempt to alert you using the email address and/or 
    billing contact details supplied during order placement.

  OPERATIONAL PHASE 4.0: PROHIBITED DIGITAL EXPLOITS

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities 
on our digital network:
  A. DESTRUCTIVE SCRAPING: Utilizing automated bots, web scrapers, spiders, or 
     data harvesting tools to extract catalog data, copy text, or harvest user 
     emails.
  B. CODE INJECTION: Introducing malicious software, logic bombs, trojan horses, 
     viruses, or scripting exploits designed to degrade our platform's security.
  C. REVERSE ENGINEERING: Attempting to disassemble, duplicate, or trace the 
     underlying source code or design schemes of our platform.
  D. DECEPTIVE BRANDING: Representing your unauthorized platform as being associated 
     with or endorsed by Blue Print, LLC.

Violations of this section will result in immediate termination of system access 
and may be reported directly to civil or criminal law enforcement agencies in 
Dallas County, Texas.

  OPERATIONAL PHASE 5.0: THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY REPOSITORY
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Our website containing all original designs, graphic brand marks, textual copy, 
photo assets, database systems, and functional features remains the exclusive 
property of Blue Print, LLC. This proprietary data is protected by United States 
and international copyright and trademark protections. No license is granted to 
you to reuse or display these assets unless express written permission is issued 
under corporate seal.

  OPERATIONAL PHASE 6.0: LIMITATION OF WARRANTY & CORPORATE LIABILITY

6.1 AS-IS SERVICE
We provide our website services on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" foundation, 
without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted system access 
or an error-free digital environment.

6.2 LIABILITY CAP
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of Texas, the total, 
aggregate liability of Blue Print, LLC to any user for all claims, damages, 
losses, or actions arising from use of our digital platforms or purchase of 
goods shall never exceed the actual dollar amount paid by the user to the Company 
for the specific order in question.

  OPERATIONAL PHASE 7.0: DISPUTE COVENANT & INDEMNIFICATION

7.1 MANDATORY ARBITRATION & COURT JURISDICTION
Any legal action, claim, or dispute arising out of these Terms of Service or your 
commercial interaction with us shall be brought exclusively in the state or 
federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction 
of these courts.

7.2 USER INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blue Print, LLC, its executives, 
officers, partners, and employees from and against any third-party claims, 
liabilities, financial losses, costs, or attorney fees arising from your violation 
of this Operating Covenant or improper utilization of our services.

  OPERATIONAL PHASE 8.0: COVENANT AMENDMENTS & SEVERABILITY
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

8.1 POLICY REVISIONS
We reserve the right to amend, update, or overhaul any operational phase of this 
manual at our sole discretion. Any changes are active immediately upon posting 
to our website. It is your responsibility to review this manual periodically 
for modifications.

8.2 SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
If any single provision, sub-clause, or phrase within this agreement is deemed 
unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that specific 
provision shall be excised. All remaining operational phases shall continue 
in full force and effect.
