This document outlines the systematic quality gates, logistical channels, and 
financial adjustments governing all return shipments sent to Blue Print, LLC.

  QC GATE 1.0: THE TIME-ELAPSED INITIATION LIMIT
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To qualify for a return or refund adjustment, your request must be initiated within 
exactly 30 calendar days from the date of package delivery (as marked by the 
designated carrier tracking database). Requests initiated after this 30-day 
window will be locked and ineligible for processing.

  QC GATE 2.0: MATERIAL CONDITION EVALUATION
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
All returned items must undergo a physical quality assessment at our operations facility.
Items must be returned in the following state:
  [ ] UNUSED: Completely free of signs of wear, usage, installation, or wash-wear.
  [ ] COMPACT: Enclosed in all original, undamaged product packaging.
  [ ] COMPLETE: Inclusive of all manuals, tags, packaging stuffers, and accessories.
  [ ] VERIFIABLE: Supported by a valid proof of purchase (such as your original 
      order number, invoice document, or sales receipt).

  QC GATE 3.0: EXCLUSION MATRIX (FINAL SALE EXCLUSIONS)

The following product classifications are permanently excluded from the return pipeline:
  * Personalized, custom-manufactured, or custom-configured merchandise.
  * Digital software downloads, virtual cards, store credit, or gift cards.
  * Items clearly designated as "Final Sale", "Clearance", or "Non-Returnable".
  * Any item displaying structural damage caused by user error or misuse.

  QC GATE 4.0: ORDER CANCELLATION PROTOCOLS

If you need to cancel a newly submitted order, you must file a cancellation request 
with our dispatch department within 24 hours of placement. 
  - IF THE ORDER HAS NOT SHIPPED: We will cancel the order and process a full 
    refund immediately at no cost.
  - IF THE ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED: It is too late to cancel. You must receive the 
    shipment and initiate a standard return under the rules of this pipeline.

  QC GATE 5.0: LOGISTICAL ROUTING & COST MATRIX

Who is financially responsible for return transit costs is determined by the 
following matrix:

Please note: Original delivery shipping fees paid at checkout are strictly 
non-refundable. If you pay for your own return shipping, we highly recommend 
using a trackable service. Blue Print, LLC accepts no liability for return parcels 
lost during shipping transit.

  QC GATE 6.0: QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTION & REFUND TIMEFRAMES
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Once your returned merchandise arrives at our facility, it enters the final quality 
clearance stages:

  STAGE A: PHYSICAL INSPECTION (3 to 5 business days)
  ===================================================
  Our Quality Control team reviews the item's state. You will receive an automated 
  email confirming whether your return has been approved or declined.

  STAGE B: REFUND INITIATION (5 to 10 business days)
  ==================================================
  If approved, we will instruct our payment processor to issue a credit to your 
  original payment method. Note: Banks and credit card issuers typically take 
  an additional 2 to 3 business days to post the funds to your account statement.

  QC GATE 7.0: DEFECTS, ERRORS & SHIPPING DAMAGES (48-HOUR CLAIMS)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If your package arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product:
  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@adechobd.com or (214) 954-9511.
  2. Provide your order number and digital photos of the damaged goods, including 
     external shipping packaging.
  3. Upon verification, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label and arrange 
     for a prompt, complimentary replacement shipment or refund.
