[SPECIFICATION BLOCK 1.0] ORDER INTAKE & PROCESSING WORKFLOW

1.1 INTAKE TIMEFRAME
All client orders entered into our dispatch database undergo immediate verification.
Our typical order processing timeline is 1 to 3 business days (Monday through
Friday, excluding federal U.S. holidays). 

1.2 PROCESSING QUEUE
Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST may not enter the queue until the next operational
business day. During high-volume commercial events or national holiday seasons,
please allow an additional buffer of 1 to 2 business days for pack-out and
dispatch clearance.

[SPECIFICATION BLOCK 2.0] TRANSPORTATION SPEEDS & TRANSIT METRICS

Transit schedules are calculated from the point of carrier pickup, not the moment
the order is submitted by the client. We offer three tiers of delivery dispatch:

Note: Standard delivery is available to all eligible U.S. service regions. Priority
Express and Expedited services may be subject to geographic constraints.

[SPECIFICATION BLOCK 3.0] SHIPPING TARIFFS & FREE DISPATCH THRESHOLD

3.1 TARIFF CALCULATION
Shipping rates are determined dynamically in real-time based on the weight, volume,
and destination coordinates of your order. These rates are clearly itemized
prior to final checkout authorization.

3.2 FREE SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY (SPEC-75)
We provide complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders with a net merchandise 
subtotal of $75.00 or greater, after all discounts and promotional codes have 
been applied. 
* This threshold applies ONLY to deliveries destined for the contiguous United 
  States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

[SPECIFICATION BLOCK 4.0] GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS & CARRIERS

4.1 DOMESTIC ONLY
Blue Print, LLC ships exclusively within the United States. We do not service 
international destinations, and orders with international delivery addresses 
will be automatically flagged and cancelled.

4.2 CARRIER PARTNERS
We route shipments through the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel 
Service (UPS), and FedEx. Blue Print reserves the right to select the carrier 
that offers the most efficient and reliable transport route for your specific 
destination.

4.3 SPECIAL COORDINATES (P.O. BOXES & APO/FPO/DPO)
We ship to standard Post Office Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) 
using USPS. Expedited and Express delivery tiers are generally unavailable 
for these specific destinations due to carrier handoffs.

[SPECIFICATION BLOCK 5.0] CLIENT CORRECTIONS & TRACKING PROTOCOL

5.1 DISPATCH CORRECTIONS
Our automated packaging systems proceed rapidly. If you detect a mistake in 
your shipping coordinates, you must notify us immediately. Address corrections 
cannot be applied once the shipment has been packed and handed to the carrier. 
The buyer bears full financial responsibility for deliveries made to inaccurate 
addresses supplied at checkout.

5.2 SHIPMENT MONITORING
An automated shipping confirmation containing a tracking link will be transmitted 
via email immediately upon carrier handoff. Tracking updates typically populate 
within 24 to 48 hours of carrier pickup.

[SPECIFICATION BLOCK 6.0] INCIDENT RESOLUTION PROTOCOL (LOSS & DAMAGE)

6.1 DAMAGE SPECIFICATION (48-HOUR REPORTING WINDOW)
If your delivery arrives damaged or is visibly compromised:
  A. Document the condition immediately. Photograph all external packing materials,
     internal protection, and the damaged product itself.
  B. Contact our support department within 48 hours of delivery at info@adechobd.com.
  C. Retain all original packaging materials. Disposal of packaging before 
     claim approval may void our ability to process replacement items.

6.2 COURIER DISCREPANCIES (DELIVERED BUT MISSING)
In the event that the tracking logs indicate "delivered" but you cannot locate 
the parcel:
  - Conduct a secondary search of all potential delivery points (front porch, 
    side gates, neighbors, mailroom, apartment locker).
  - Allow 24 hours to pass, as carriers occasionally mark items as delivered 
    prematurely during their routes.
  - If the parcel is still missing after 7 calendar days, contact us to initiate 
    a formal carrier tracer.
